Description
Our quince jam is prepared with the quince apples from our freshly harvested trees and immediately processed for preparation.
Our quince apples are cut into small pieces with the addition of lemon and sugar, before being blended.
Upon opening the jar, you can immediately smell the scent of quince and Puglia, then the light lemon fragrance stands out. The taste is delicate.
This jam goes very well with spicy and semi-spicy cheeses, but obviously it can be used to season a tart or spread on bread or rusks for a healthy and tasty breakfast.
