Our dried broad beans are produced and grown exclusively on the land of our beloved Puglia. They are shelled and ready to be cooked. For better cooking it is recommended to soak the beans for 12 hours in cold waterqua fredda.
Our dried broad beans are excellent for the famous Mashed Broad Beans rich in proteins and very versatile in the kitchen.

It is true that mashed beans is typical of the Salento tradition, but in reality it is a dish that is found in all peasant kitchens in Italy, because it is a low-cost and nutritious dish at the same time, and because it can be combined with many ingredients.
