Our wildflower honey is produced by Italian ligustic bees. Our hives are located in our company which is located in the middle of hectares of Mediterranean scrub. In fact, the latter gives our wildflower a characteristic aroma dominated by fruity nuances, which recall the brambles and the Mediterranean scrub.

Wildflower honey is suitable for multiple uses and for multiple recipes thanks to its enveloping aroma and its sweet and floral flavor. For this reason it can be used in milk, herbal teas or hot drinks, spread on bread, with butter, dried fruit and in combination with fresh and soft or aged cheeses.
